Universal Systems is a full service collection agency with its home offices based in Memphis, TN. In addition to the comprehensive collections menu, UCS offers many other services which are listed within the services menu. Our Executive Management Team has over 100 years of combined first hand collection experience with the dedication to identify and apply the most efficient means of achieving prompt, highly effective results.

Universal Systems is a member in good standing with the Tennessee Collectors Association, the American Collectors Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers. By being a member of these associations, the management of UCS is able to stay in the forefront of collection laws, collection techniques, and provide a source of continued education for their employees.

UCS uses the latest in computer technology to make every effort to contact your debtors for payment of debts owed. This includes a predictive dialer that enables our collectors to make literally thousands of attempts daily at contacting your debtors. Our offices are open six days a week from 8:00AM until 9:00PM Monday through Friday and 8:00AM till Noon on Saturday. If it becomes necessary to take legal action we have attorneys on retainer, and a paralegal and a clerk to assist in these matters.
